Hey everyone! We have this NEW and exciting event coming up! We are collaborating with Alex, principal Osteopath, at The Movement Improvement Clinic, to deliver a workshop where NUMC members can learn some calisthenics and exercises to improve climbing strength and agility. Alex is a movement-focused, neurodiverse Osteo who is keen to work with any person to help improve their health and wellbeing in a holistic, intentional approach. Before his injury, he dabbled in climbing, and currently runs some calisthenics classes, so this workshop is in great hands!! This workshop will run for 2 hours; 5pm-7pm on Wednesday 3rd June. If you are itching to do ANYTHING climbing related or need a healthy break from study, make sure you come along to this workshop! It will be held at The Forum, room TBA. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to flick me a message on Instagram or Facebook! - Laila Machin
