Fantastic yoga instructor Hamzah has agreed to run yoga sessions for NUMC, by buying a ticket you are helping support Hamzah as thanks for sharing his practice with us at 5:45pm Wednesday 15th.
This yoga is mainly tailored to functional strength for climbing (lots of core and shoulders) but is run in such a way that there are options for every level of strength, whether you are a beginner or a maestro this is the class for you - no experience required!
As it is a donation tickets are $1 each, buy as many tickets as you would like according to how much you would like to donate (e.g. if you are happy to pay $10 buy 10 tickets).
We will email the link to the zoom 10 minutes before the session starts for everyone who has bought a ticket. I would recommend downloading zoom on your computer or phone early so you're not trying to do it last minute!
